2025 Camp Card Highlights
Return Policy
Up to 10% of unsold cards may be returned to the Council for free. After the 10%, Units will be charged $.25 per ordered unsold card.
If a Unit purchases camp cards from the Council when ordering/picking up cards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns and payments are due by June 2.
Important Dates
- February 24th – April 2nd: Reservation form is open for units to request cards
- March 17th: Units can start picking up cards at the Maytag Scout Center 8:30am – 5:00pm
- March 17th – June 1st: Camp card sales (Can continue to sell after June 1st but would need to pay for any cards by June 2nd.)
- June 2nd: Card returns and payments due to the council.
